Driver Requirements
When renting a van, the hirer must have obtained a full driving license for 3 years and be 25 years of age and over. All drivers will need to get a Share Code from DVLA that is only valid for 21 days. We will need this DVLA Share Code when booking your vehicle reservation.
Prior to hiring a van you will need to show proof of ID, along with 2 forms of your current address with in 3 months. We accept passports, bank statements and other official documents that must be in the hirer’s name.
We allow a maximum of up to 6 points in under 5 years, bans under 10 years and 1 accident in the last 3 years
Deposit is taken when the vehicle is on hire. It is refunded once the vehicle checks back in. Most major credit cards & debit cards are acceptable. Payments & bank details will need to be made by the hirer, who is renting & signing for the vehicle.
